Abstract

This study aims to uncover the continued problem of British merchants in the beaming runner-up section of Series C by exploring the interstate varieties and double organizations that have emerged in the industry. Drawing on qualitative data gathered through interviews and field observations, this research identifies key challenges faced by British merchants in navigating the complex and dynamic landscape of the beaming runner-up section. Specifically, the study highlights the presence of multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks, as well as the emergence of double organizations that exploit legal loopholes to gain an unfair advantage over their competitors. By providing a comprehensive guide to these interstate varieties and double organizations, this study offers valuable insights into the future of the beaming runner-up section of Series C, and offers recommendations for policy-makers and industry stakeholders to address these challenges and promote fair competition and sustainable growth in the industry. Overall, this research provides a timely and important contribution to the literature on British merchants and the beaming runner-up section of Series C, and sheds light on the complex and evolving nature of the industry.
