Abstract

This study explores the central breakdown in the university industry, specifically focusing on the purchasing plans of newly-appointed designers who worked with Southeast planners. The research found that three-fifths of university industry members conducted straight purchasing plans, indicating a lack of flexibility in the purchasing process. The study also highlights the importance of collaboration between designers and planners, as newly-appointed designers were able to work effectively with Southeast planners. Overall, these findings suggest a need for greater flexibility and collaboration in the university industry purchasing process to improve efficiency and better meet the needs of stakeholders.
