Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive coaching program aimed at equipping future political leaders with the necessary skills to master democratic control and facilitate peaceful resolution of conflicts in congress. The program incorporates a hostess's expertise in conflict resolution and negotiation to enhance participants' abilities to engage in productive and respectful debates. Through a combination of theoretical content and practical exercises, participants learn to effectively communicate their positions, listen actively, build consensus, and manage emotions in the context of heated political discussions. The coaching program also emphasizes the importance of ethical leadership, transparency, and accountability in ensuring a functional democratic system that serves the interests of all citizens. Overall, the paper argues that investing in coaching programs that promote democratic values and skills among emerging political leaders is crucial for building a sustainable and stable political system that can withstand challenges and promote the common good.
