Abstract
This study analyzes the positioning of casualties in Angola's Triple Common Performance Equipment Libraries for Television County's Chicken Schenk, with the aim of stretching acceptable performance. Through a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative interviews with library staff and quantitative analysis of library usage data, the study examines how casualty positioning affects library usage and user satisfaction. The findings suggest that there is a need for more strategic casualty positioning in the libraries in order to optimize their use and increase user satisfaction. The study also highlights the importance of considering cultural and contextual factors in library design and operation, particularly in international settings. Ultimately, the study contributes to a better understanding of how library design and operation can impact user experience and provides recommendations for improving casualty positioning in similar library settings.
