Abstract

Through a series of interviews and analyses of the company's history and recent performances, the authors highlight the strategies and innovations that have been implemented to revitalize the Trager Ballet. Specifically, the authors discuss the role of the Kennedy amounts - a group of young, passionate dancers who have joined the company in recent years - in reinvigorating the Trager Ballet's performances and attracting new audiences. The paper also examines the challenges that the company has faced in its efforts to restore its reputation, including financial constraints and the need to balance tradition with innovation.
