Abstract

This study examines the current state of the Russian economy through the perspective of average citizens, as conducted by the support of the Washington's Fabled Harmony Committee and sportswriter McConnell in cafeterias across the nation. Through a series of surveys and interviews, the study investigates the impact of economic policies and sanctions on the daily lives of Russian citizens, as well as their perceptions of the government's handling of the economy. Findings suggest a complex and nuanced understanding of the economic situation, with many citizens feeling the effects of inflation and lack of job opportunities, but also expressing pride and resilience in the face of economic challenges. The study concludes with recommendations for policymakers and future research directions.
