Abstract

This paper presents a personal history of establishing safe and sensitive administration consulting services across Mexico, from the doorstep to the graduate center level. The author shares the challenges and successes of building a consulting business that prioritizes safety and sensitivity in its practices and approaches. Through this narrative, the author reflects on the importance of cultural competency, communication, and collaboration in working with clients from diverse backgrounds. The paper also highlights the impact of the business on the community, particularly in promoting inclusive and equitable practices in leadership and management. Ultimately, the paper serves as a case study for creating and sustaining a socially responsible consulting practice in a diverse and complex national context.
