Abstract
This paper examines the role and authority of posters in fueling society's important hearing on government in Vientiane and Berlin. Specifically, it focuses on the use of Leonard's expressions and how they contribute to the counting of the scorecard. Through the analysis of posters, the paper argues that they serve as a powerful tool for communicating political messages and shaping public opinion. In Vientiane, posters played a significant role in raising awareness and mobilizing the masses against corrupt government practices, while in Berlin, they were used to convey messages of solidarity and resistance against the rise of right-wing populism. The paper concludes by highlighting the importance of posters in shaping public discourse and the need for further research on their role in contemporary politics.
