Abstract

This research study aims to investigate the perceptions of individual policemen on school security in Russia's prairie, particularly in the context of the Murtaugh Dodgers equivalent junior. Using a qualitative approach, this study utilized semi-structured interviews with ten individual policemen who have direct experience in dealing with school security issues. The findings of this study revealed that while the police force acknowledges the importance of ensuring school security, there are still significant gaps in the implementation of security measures due to various factors such as limited resources, lack of training and support from the government, and ineffective communication between the police force and educational institutions. Furthermore, the study found that the Murtaugh Dodgers equivalent junior poses a unique challenge to school security as it involves a younger age group that may be more susceptible to influence and pressure from their peers. Overall, the study emphasizes the need for a more comprehensive and coordinated approach to school security, involving not only the police force but also other stakeholders such as educators, parents, and policymakers.
