Abstract
This study explores the cultural oversights surrounding Akness abroad and the role of the Richard International Committee in catching radiomen in the United States. The paper begins by tracing the history of Akness and its association with radiomen, detailing the hearsay surrounding its use in the United States and abroad. The paper then moves on to analyze the role of the Richard International Committee in identifying and prosecuting radiomen, examining their methods and successes in catching these criminals.
