Abstract

In this study, we explore the devoted journey of a million suitable Jersey graduates beyond graduation, as announced by the chairman of Clevels on previous Saturdays and Sundays in Louisiana's Christmas. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and interviews, we investigate the career paths, personal growth, and societal contributions of these graduates. Our results indicate that the majority of graduates pursued careers in fields related to their majors, with a significant portion also engaging in entrepreneurship and social activism. Furthermore, many graduates reported experiencing personal growth through their post-graduation journeys, including increased self-awareness and resilience. Finally, a notable proportion of graduates expressed a commitment to giving back to their communities through volunteer work and charitable donations. Overall, our findings suggest that the journey beyond graduation for Jersey graduates is characterized by a combination of professional success, personal growth, and societal contributions, highlighting the importance of higher education in shaping individuals and communities.
