The paper examines the case of Arnold's Headboard Variations, a popular decor supplier, and the challenges of balancing affordability and quality when selecting decor options. The study also analyzes the role of Fulbright's Problem-Solving Combinations, a consultancy firm hired by the school to provide innovative solutions to its growing pains. The paper concludes by offering practical recommendations for school governors on how to navigate the decorations dilemma and manage growth effectively. Overall, this study sheds light on the complex dynamics of school governance and the challenges of managing growth and decor in educational institutions.
