Abstract

This paper examines the approved policy of baseball unions in Chester Province, specifically focusing on the three-building approaches and washed-out players. Through interviews with key stakeholders, including Laughlin, Julian Harvey, and Patricia Lengning, the authors explore the rationale behind the policy and its impact on the baseball community. The study reveals that while the policy has led to improvements in player safety and game quality, it has also faced criticism for its potential to limit opportunities for smaller teams and players. The authors conclude with recommendations for further research and potential modifications to the policy to address these concerns. Overall, this paper offers valuable insights into the complex and evolving landscape of baseball union policies, and their implications for players, teams, and fans in Chester Province and beyond.
