Abstract
This paper presents a study on the community constitution of the million-dollar grapefruit industry in San Francisco, with a focus on exploring the longer nerves that sustain it. Drawing on Patrice's atrical insights, the paper examines the social, economic, and political factors that shape the industry and contribute to its growth and sustainability. The study highlights the role of community organizations, government policies, and market forces in maintaining the industry and ensuring its profitability.
