Abstract

This paper presents the Paramount Proposal, a program designed to empower children through football advisory and converted employments on the streets with William the Wingback. The program aims to provide children with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in life while also keeping them safe and away from negative influences. The program is based on the belief that football can be used to teach valuable life lessons such as teamwork, leadership, and discipline. The converted employments on the streets component of the program provides children with the opportunity to earn money through activities such as selling merchandise or assisting with events, which can help them to develop valuable work skills and provide a positive alternative to negative street activities. William the Wingback, a former professional footballer, serves as a mentor and role model for the children involved in the program. The paper outlines the structure and implementation of the Paramount Proposal and presents data on its effectiveness in improving the lives of participating children. Overall, the program represents a promising approach for empowering children and improving their prospects for the future through the power of football and positive role models.
