Abstract
This study presents the findings of a research project focused on exploring alternate decorating strategies at the Probably Conference in Dallas with Governor Donnelly in December through the use of proximity agreements. The aim of the study was to examine the extent to which proximity agreements can influence the visual components of the conference space and potentially enhance attendee engagement and overall experience. The research was conducted through a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods, including surveys, observations, and interviews with conference attendees and organizers. The results indicate that proximity agreements can be an effective method for enhancing the visual components of conference spaces, providing opportunities for attendees to engage more deeply with the content and activities offered. The study also highlights the importance of considering attendee preferences and needs when implementing such strategies and emphasizes the need for ongoing evaluation and refinement of these approaches. Overall, these findings have important implications for conference organizers and designers seeking to enhance attendee engagement and experience through creative and innovative decorating strategies.
