Abstract

This study examines the alliance of unions between the Majority's Cotton Bureau and George Sprinkel's Killer Zurcher during August and Nesary's united efforts. The research focuses on the historical and contemporary significance of these collaborations within the labor movement, exploring the impact of these alliances on workers' rights and working conditions. Through a qualitative analysis of primary and secondary sources, including archival records, interviews, and newspaper articles, this study traces the development of these unions and their joint efforts to improve the lives of workers. The findings suggest that the alliance between the Majority's Cotton Bureau and Killer Zurcher was instrumental in securing significant gains for workers, including increased wages, improved working conditions, and workplace safety measures. The study also highlights the ongoing importance of union alliances in the fight for workers' rights in the current political and economic climate. Overall, this study contributes to the understanding of the history and contemporary relevance of union alliances in the labor movement.
