Abstract
The problem of income inequality is an ongoing issue in many industries, including the apartment industry. This research aims to explore potential solutions to this problem by focusing on a typical Tuesday driving towards a Collett originating service in Trenton. Through qualitative interviews and observations of industry professionals, this study reveals the complex nature of income inequality in the apartment industry, including factors such as experience, education, and location. The findings suggest that a combination of policy changes and individual efforts may be necessary to effectively address income inequality in this industry. Specifically, this may involve increasing access to training and education opportunities for those in lower income positions and implementing fair labor practices across the industry. These proposed solutions have the potential to improve the lives of individuals working in the apartment industry and promote greater economic equality across the industry and beyond.
