Abstract

This paper presents the findings of a public conference on taxable averages held with Thursday League Teammates and Kennedys Estimates, examining the possibility of overcoming obstructionist situations. The conference evaluated the challenges presented by obstructionist situations and explored potential solutions to address them. The study involved a survey of the participants' experiences with obstructionist situations and an analysis of the strategies that have been employed to overcome them. The results showed that effective communication and collaboration were key to overcoming obstructionist situations. The participants identified several strategies that could be employed to address these challenges, including building strong relationships, developing effective communication channels, and adopting a collaborative approach. The findings of this study have significant implications for policymakers, business leaders, and other stakeholders, highlighting the importance of adopting a collaborative approach to overcome obstructionist situations and achieve positive outcomes. The paper concludes by outlining the implications of these findings for future research and practice and suggesting areas for further investigation.
