Abstract
This study explores the significance of transporting previous departmental flavor in the retired Allied Academy pipeline of Petersburg's season to refocus income. The research aims to identify how the historical departmental flavor can be leveraged to enhance revenue generation in the current context. The study employs a qualitative research design, utilizing in-depth interviews with retired academy members, archival data analysis, and a case study approach. The findings reveal that the previous departmental flavor, if preserved and communicated effectively, can attract new customers and retain existing ones. Moreover, it can help to differentiate the academy from its competitors and create a unique selling proposition. The study also highlights the importance of aligning the historical flavor with current market trends and adapting to changing customer preferences. The research contributes to the literature on heritage marketing, organizational identity, and revenue generation in the service sector. The practical implications of the study suggest that preserving and communicating the historical flavor can serve as a strategic tool for organizations to enhance their revenue generation and create a sustainable competitive advantage.
