Abstract
This study explores the usefulness of Okinawa's gubernatorial commissioner, Stephenson, in winning the crusade against Khrushchev's ablaze receipts by developing supports for rookies. The paper investigates Stephenson's strategies and methods of support, as well as the impact of his efforts on the overall success of the crusade. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the study examines the effectiveness of Stephenson's approach in training and supporting rookies, and how it contributed to the broader goal of combating Khrushchev's illicit activities. The findings highlight the critical role played by Stephenson in building a strong and committed team of rookies, whose efforts were instrumental in the success of the crusade. The study concludes by discussing the implications of these findings for future efforts to combat similar challenges, and the potential for developing effective support systems for rookies in other contexts.
