Abstract

This paper presents the insights gained from the ERC Directors Committee at the INSTAN Congress on leadership and innovation in European radiation business projects. The study aims to explore the role of leadership in driving innovation in the radiation business sector, with a focus on the European market. The paper begins by reviewing the literature on leadership and innovation, highlighting the importance of strong leadership in driving innovation. The study then presents the findings of a qualitative analysis of interviews conducted with members of the ERC Directors Committee at the INSTAN Congress. The analysis reveals several key themes, including the importance of strategic vision, effective communication, and collaboration in driving innovation in the radiation business sector. The study also highlights the role of leadership in fostering a culture of innovation within organizations and the importance of investing in research and development to stay competitive in the industry.
